CNC Machinist 1 Lathes

$25 per hour

Grafton, WI
Job Description

Hours: 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $25/hour

Job Description:

Job Duties:
  1. Responsible for reading and understanding all routings and blueprints according to the MFG practice.
  2. Inspect and document all specifications and standards for the first article approval.
  3. Maintain documentation of inspection results according to the inspection procedures
  4. Update routings and programs for any changes in the MFG process
  5. Debur and Package products according the SOP
  6. Follow all procedures for non -conforming material
  7. Responsible for the quality, timeliness, and quantity of products being manufactured.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe working area.
  9. Accurately enter all production information in the computer for all manufacturing processes.
  10. Assists in training the machine operators.
  11. Assists the machine operators as the workload dictates
Performs other projects and duties assigned by the Supervisor and or Lead.

Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Good math score
  3. Can read measurements
  4. Able to speak and read English
  5. 40lbs lift requirement
  6. 300lbs push requirement
