Inside Sales Representative

Help grow a company that has been serving the automotive recycling industry for over 30 years.

Hotlines, based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on generating new business through outbound sales calls, product demonstrations, and relationship building.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll be representing Hotlines , one of the automotive recycling industry's most established software platforms. Hotlines is a no-contract, monthly recurring subscription-based parts locating network that connects salvage yards across North America, allowing them to quickly locate inventory, communicate with one another, and broker parts sales in real time.

Customers use Hotlines tools and automation to expand their inventory reach, buy and sell parts with other recyclers, communicate instantly with trading partners, and increase revenue by fulfilling more customer requests. Your role will be to demonstrate how Hotlines helps automotive recyclers grow their business while becoming a trusted advisor to new and prospective customers. By connecting buyers and sellers through a powerful parts locating network and integrated communication tools, Hotlines helps automotive recyclers increase sales, improve inventory utilization, and build lasting business relationships.

What You'll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls each day to prospective customers.
• Schedule and conduct live product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects through phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best Hotlines solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous inside sales, business development, or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Comfortable presenting software through online demonstrations.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Automotive recycling, automotive parts, or SaaS sales experience is helpful but not required.

• Competitive base salary.
• Uncapped commission.
• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• On-site position in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary of $48,000–$62,000 , based on experience.
• Earn $285 in commission for every new subscription you sell.
• Commission is earned once the customer begins service and completes their first paid month.
• No cap on commissions—your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance.
