Sales: Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to sell jobs and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Customer Reception: Greet walk-in customers warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate service or staff member. Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the schedules of our technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a pleasant and professional environment. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and inventory management.
