Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure a well-rounded approach to client treatment, discussing cases and integrating insights from fellow healthcare professionals.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and care standards are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
