Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and transitions, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and develop a strategic plan for care.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and address challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse outpatient population, which includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
