Embark on an exciting contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students across a diverse K-12 caseload in the northern suburbs near Evanston, IL. In this full-time role, you’ll provide vital behavioral services across three different schools, helping to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and their educational teams.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and report writing abilities
• Adaptability to manage needs across multiple school locations

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and document findings
• Provide direct behavioral support and data-driven recommendations
• Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff on behavioral strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team sessions, and parent conferences
• Collaborate with school staff to build positive, safe, and inclusive learning environments
• Travel between three assigned schools in Northbrook and Skokie as part of your weekly schedule
