Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Senior Accountant for their corporate office located in Dekalb County, TN (35 miles from Murfreesboro). Key Responsibilities: Manage, review, and approve AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial records Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) and submit monthly/quarterly/annual reporting Monitor fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and upgrades Conduct periodic audits, physical inventories, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and GAAP Manage write-offs, calculate, and record depreciation expenses Assist with annual tax filings Identify and implement process improvements Support other general accounting functions as needed. Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably in manufacturing Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax depreciation rules Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) Our client offers: Base salary in the $70k-80k range Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
