HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing Tampa site, combining full-cycle recruiting with HR Business Partner responsibilities-supporting managers, driving organizational culture, and helping build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-growth deep-tech environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a wide range of roles (technical,operational, engineering, etc) Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Advise leadership on performance management, promotions, salary reviews, corrective actions, and separations Support organizational scaling and workforce planning as the site grows, identifying gaps and implementing scalable HR solutions Provide HR support and guidance to other XTEND sites across the region Ensure HR processes, policies, and recordkeeping meet U.S. compliance and support operational excellence Requirements 5+ years of combined experience in recruiting, HR, and HR Business Partnering, gained at a global technology company or fast-paced startup Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and talent assessment for technical and operational roles Experience in manager coaching, performance management, and compensation review cycles Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills Strong execution mindset, with the ability to operate independently, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
