We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive High-Level Executive Assistant who can operate with ownership, discretion, and excellent judgment. This is more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll work closely with leadership to create structure, manage priorities, improve workflows, and help keep a growing service business operating at a high level.

What you'll get:

• Annual Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000

• Insurance stipend and company vehicle

Compensation:

$55,000 – $65,000 base salary

Responsibilities:

• Manage leadership priorities, follow-ups, and communications

• Keep systems, workflows, and operational records organized

• Anticipate needs and follow through without constant direction

• Coordinate communication between leadership and teams

• Support scheduling, recruiting, and day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management or a similar high-level role

• Proficiency with CRM systems, workflows, and digital business tools

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Able to exercise sound judgment and handle information with discretion

• Experience in home services, restaurant, or hospitality is strongly preferred
