to lead our marketing function, strengthen our brand, and accelerate patient acquisition across the organization. Position Overview The Director of Marketing will own and lead the organization's overall marketing strategy, including brand development, messaging, patient acquisition, and growth initiatives. This individual will establish marketing priorities, budgets, performance targets, and scalable processes that drive sustainable growth. A key component of this role is leading and managing a centralized offshore team of advertising, digital marketing, and lead-generation specialists. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on performance marketing expertise, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and maximize return on marketing investment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute the organization's comprehensive marketing and patient acquisition strategy. Own brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation across all locations and service lines. Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, performance objectives, and growth initiatives. Drive awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition through integrated marketing efforts. Performance Marketing & Patient Acquisition Set and manage patient acquisition goals, channel strategies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Monitor and optimize the full acquisition funnel, including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROI. Oversee paid advertising, digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, content, and conversion optimization efforts. Continuously evaluate marketing performance and allocate resources to maximize results. Team Leadership Lead and manage the offshore advertising, digital marketing, and lead-generation team. Establish clear priorities, accountability measures, and performance expectations. Foster a high-performing, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and execution excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operational and clinical leadership to align marketing efforts with patient demand, clinic capacity, new services, and expansion initiatives. Support new clinic launches, market growth opportunities, and strategic business initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and brand execution. Marketing Operations & Brand Management Build scalable marketing processes, dashboards, reporting structures, and performance management systems. Oversee content strategy, marketing campaigns, website presence, and digital assets. Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility. Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer or patient acquisition. Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and funnel management. Demonstrated experience building and strengthening brands, positioning, and strategic messaging. Experience leading offshore, outsourced, or distributed marketing teams. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure ROI. Experience managing marketing budgets and resource allocation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
