Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, leveraging various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy. \n Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and craft personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals. \n Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients and track their progress throughout the therapeutic process. \n Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards. \n Utilize an intuitive platform designed to streamline client scheduling and manage session notes efficiently, thereby enhancing your productivity and focus. \n Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to share insights and continue improving therapeutic practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our therapist's client base encompasses individuals with a wide array of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We prioritize culturally competent care, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our patients, and tailor our approaches accordingly. This role is critical in fostering resilience and recovery in clients from all walks of life. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n Mental health professionals must hold a valid license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) from the State Board, enabling independent practice and offering therapy without supervision. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy services to adults and families. \n Experience with community health clinics or mental health services, particularly in remote settings, is highly valued. \n Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually.
