Technical Project Coordinator Jira / Confluence 08/14/2026 Contract Active Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support an IT project team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information across Jira and Confluence. The role will support project status tracking, documentation, reporting, coordination with project and engineering teams, and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to manage multiple project activities and deadlines in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update project status, tasks, milestones, and deliverables in Jira. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, project updates, and reference materials in Confluence. Monitor Jira boards, tickets, epics, stories, and overall project progress. Follow up with project team members to obtain status updates and ensure project information remains current. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items. Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards for project leadership. Support project managers and technical teams with day-to-day project coordination. Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions. Ensure project documentation is organized, accurate, and easily accessible. Identify outdated or missing information in Jira and Confluence and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve it. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project reporting as needed. Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants. Required Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, technical project support, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience working with IT, software development, or technical teams. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project information. Experience tracking project status, milestones, risks, issues, and action items. Ability to work independently and follow up with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise technology projects. Experience with Jira dashboards, filters, reports, and project tracking. Experience creating or maintaining project documentation in Confluence. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools. Experience working in a PMO or Agile delivery environment. Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). #J-18808-Ljbffr
