Customer Service Rep - Remote

We are expanding our team and looking for customer service-minded individuals who are ready to grow with a well-established supplemental benefits organization that has been serving families for more than 65 years.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is professional, dependable, and enjoys working with people. You will assist clients by answering questions, reviewing benefit information, helping with basic online steps, and making sure each person receives a clear and positive experience.
