Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and outcomes effectively.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families to optimize the child's development and well-being.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations and organizational policies in therapy and support practices.
\n
• Build strong rapport with clients and families through empathetic communication and understanding, creating a safe space for discussions about their journeys.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend strategies and tools specific to the needs of each family.
\n
• Implement coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
\n
• Maintain documentation that complies with health and safety standards, ensuring accountability and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with children and their families, especially those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays in their early years. Your work will focus on helping these young clients acquire critical skills across various domains—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication—during their formative years. Empowering families through education and support will be an integral part of enhancing the child’s development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, licensed by the Department of Public Health, with an LCSW designation required.

• Possession of a valid driver's license for local outreach and engagement activities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs as outlined in individualized treatment plans.

• Commitment to practicing Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate holistic child development.

• Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills are essential for balancing multiple cases and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of hands-on experience working within early intervention services or closely with children in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
