ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member for Liam Masterson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
