Process Analyst
ICONMA
Our client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a Process Analyst for their Woodridge, IL location.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update operational dashboards
- Manage asset tracking and inventory processes
- Identify and deactivate expired programs (campaigns, or records)
- Monitor case management systems
- Perform data cleanup activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Provide operational support for special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Nintex (workflow creation) / SharePoint (form management) preferred but not required.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, effective solutions
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-first approach with the ability to influence and lead across function
