This full-time role operates on a remote basis, complemented by work conducted in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Craft personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to foster progress.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions to provide multifaceted support tailored to clients' unique circumstances.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary staff, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and provide holistic support that addresses all dimensions of a client’s well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating your expertise in de-escalating situations and providing immediate support when clients experience heightened distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing mental health stigma and promoting awareness of available services, thereby enhancing community engagement and support.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
