Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately understand client challenges and tailor treatment strategies accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on a thorough understanding of clients’ mental health goals and unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach when engaging with clients.
