Accounting Data Clerk

About the Role DaBella is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting DataClerk to join our fast-paced accounting team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for entering high volumes of data, maintaining financial records, and ensuring all information is coded and processed correctly. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm **(O****n-site in Austin, TX) ** Compensation: $20-$22hourly What You’ll Do Enter and process a high volume ofcustomer payments Verifycontractdetails, including totals, terms, and payment due dates. AccuratelyupdateCRM to reflect transactioninformation Communicate withsalesresolve discrepancies or obtain missing documentation. Support month-end close byreviewingreports and documentation. What We’re Looking For Required: High-volume data entry experience in a professional setting. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Teamplayerwith a willingness to help across the department. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Self-starter who adapts quickly and embraces learning new skills. Qualifications 1–2 years of data entry or clerical experience in an office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software. Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy. Experience maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Familiarity with office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.). Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
