Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to better understand each patient's unique circumstances, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Proficiency in understanding mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, and exercising cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Demonstrated experience facilitating individual and group therapy using culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
