The Bookkeeper works directly with and assist the Administrator in successfully fulfilling the day-to-day Accounts Receivable and administrative office management function of the facility in accordance with Ball HealthCare's established policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards relating to long-term care operations as directed by the Administrator. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18-years of age, have a High School diploma or GED A minimum of two years formal training and experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and office management Must have Insurance billing background in dealing with Medicare and Medicaid Must complete, review, verify and submit all required reports timely and accurately Must have a willingness to learn and have a good working knowledge of general office practices Must be honest, loyal, trustworthy and confidential Job Type: Full-Time Outstanding Comprehensive Benefits Package!
