Accounting Assistant Intern

Missions principales En tant qu'Assistant Comptable, vous aurez l'opportunité d'acquérir une expérience enrichissante en contribuant aux opérations comptables et financières de l'entreprise. Sous la supervision de la Head of Financial Services Benelux, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes : Encodage des notes de frais : Saisie et traitement des notes de frais des employés, en veillant à leur conformité avec les politiques internes. Encodage des transactions Visa/Mastercard : Enregistrement et rapprochement des dépenses effectuées via cartes bancaires. Traitement des factures : Encodage et vérification des factures de marchandises. Support au reporting groupe : Assistance au Senior Accountant pour certaines tâches de reporting, y compris les transactions intercompany et les marchandises en transit. Support à l'audit annuel : Aide au Senior Accountant lors des processus d'audit annuel. Encodage des journaux bancaires dans le système comptable Profil recherché Étudiant(e) en comptabilité, finance ou domaine équivalent. Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et aisance avec les outils comptables. Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à respecter les délais. Une première expérience en comptabilité est un plus. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? Une immersion dans un environnement international et dynamique.
