Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients by conducting initial evaluations to determine their mental health status and diagnosis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and cultural considerations in therapy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which are necessary for effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
