About the Role A growing healthcare organization is looking for a Project Manager to keep patient services running smoothly from intake through ongoing care coordination. You'll sit at the intersection of operations and patient experience, fielding concerns, connecting teams, and building the kind of systems that let a healthcare operation scale without losing quality. Full training is provided - what they're really looking for is someone dynamic, people-savvy, and hardworking who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Intake & Onboarding

• Manage the full intake and onboarding process for new patients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and their families throughout

Care Coordination

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Manage ongoing patient services and case management activities

Retention & Issue Resolution

• Address patient retention concerns proactively
• Identify service issues and implement effective solutions before they escalate

Operations & Growth

• Assist with launching and expanding healthcare services into new markets
• Monitor and manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Dynamic, hardworking, and a natural people person
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Background in healthcare operations, patient services, care coordination, or case management preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software systems
