Before opening my office, I began my State Farm career as an agent team member from 2004-2006, then spent 15 years as a District Manager. That experience shaped my approach to leadership and helped me create a culture focused on mentorship, professional growth, and long-term success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Billy Gothreaux - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
