• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• 16 - 20 patients per day
• Outpatient adult medicine clinic
• Medicare/geriatric patient panel
• Hospital privileges required
• Standard adult primary care procedures required
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
