This role is teaching and curriculum-oriented rather than general management-focused. Key Job Responsibilities
1. Curriculum System Construction & Iteration
Lead the design and optimization of kindergarten curriculum frameworks that comply with international early childhood education standards and children’s developmental laws. Integrate authentic Chinese cultural elements into international curriculum systems to realize innovative, coherent, and localized curriculum adaptation, avoiding disconnected theoretical design from practical teaching scenarios.
2. Teaching Quality Supervision & Improvement
Establish a scientific and standardized teaching quality evaluation system. Conduct daily supervision and guidance on in-class teaching, organize regular teaching research and seminar activities, drive the iteration and upgrading of teaching methods, and continuously improve overall teaching effectiveness and children’s learning outcomes.
3. Teacher Training & Professional Empowerment
Develop systematic vocational training plans for both foreign and Chinese teachers. Provide one-on-one teaching supervision, professional guidance and career development planning for the teaching team. Focus on cultivating backbone teachers, building a stable, professional and high-competency teaching team with sustainable growth capabilities.
4. Home-School Collaboration & Parent Education
Build efficient and standardized home-school communication channels. Disseminate scientific international early childhood education concepts to parents professionally, organize diversified parent-child teaching and educational activities, enhance family participation in early childhood education, and continuously improve parent recognition and satisfaction.
5. Teaching Resource Integration & Scene Enrichment
Introduce high-quality international early childhood education resources, professional teaching aids and innovative teaching tools. Establish cooperative connections with high-quality external educational institutions, enrich diversified teaching scenarios, and create an immersive and comprehensive international learning environment for children.
Ideal Candidate Profile & Qualification Requirements
1. Basic Personal Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: Under 55 years old
- Native English speaker with citizenship from English-speaking countries
- Valid Chinese work visa is highly preferred
2. Educational Background & Professional Certifications
- Master’s degree or above, major in Early Childhood Education or related educational disciplines is preferred
- Possess authoritative international teaching qualifications including PGCE, QTS, SAGE, etc.
3. Professional Experience
- Over 8 years of front-line early childhood teaching experience, including more than 3 years of middle-to-high-end kindergarten teaching management experience. Exceptional candidates with rich vertical professional management experience are eligible for relaxation of the teaching experience requirement.
- Working experience in high-end international kindergartens is mandatory. For candidates with Chinese market experience, only graduates/employees from top-tier local international kindergartens are qualified.
- Preferred kindergarten background: Annual tuition fee of over RMB 100,000; campus scale with more than 200 enrolled children; practical working experience with international curriculum systems such as IB PYP, EYFS, Reggio Emilia.

- Independently led the construction, iteration and upgrading of a complete kindergarten curriculum system
