Job Purpose and Requirements: Responsible for payment to vendors via check, credit card, or ACH. Provide direct support to vendors, as well as delivering field and departmental assistance. P.O. and Non-P.O. invoice entry (averaging 500-600/week) Aide with annual 1099 filing process Research PO vendor inquiries and vendor statements regarding invoice/credit payment status Manage and distribute incoming mail to support efficient and accurate AP processing Work with buyers to resolve problems amongst purchase orders and invoices Provide vendor and employee assistance when necessary Perform duties as needed by supervisor Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics: Detailed-oriented Basic math skills Ability to work in team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills (10-key, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) Knowledge of SAP A/P software Background Requirements: Associate's degree (A.
