Estimating Coordinator (Remote, Contract-to-Hire)

Type: 1099 Contractor | Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Location: Work from Anywhere US Based.

What You'll Do

• Own the Bid Process: From organizing bid folders to tracking deadlines, you'll be the hub that keeps everything moving.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with estimators and vendors to ensure every submission is complete and competitive.
• Leverage Your Tech Skills: Use estimating software, bid portals, and advanced Excel to keep data accurate and accessible.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor RFIs, addendums, and bid results to maintain a clear picture of performance.
• Jump in where needed: complete takeoffs, crunch numbers, follow up on bids, be the utility player every team needs to win.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction estimating (landscape construction experience strongly preferred).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and creating polished reports in Excel.
• Detail-Oriented: You live for accuracy and organization.
• Self-Starter: Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively during working hours in the pacific time zone.
