Randstad is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support ERP implementations at its heavy construction client.

Required Skills:

• Project coordination
• Enterprise SaaS PMO tool experience - preferably Work Otter
• Technical propensity
• Dashboards and Reporting creation
• Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool experience

Job Duties:

• Will work with the IT management and leadership team to define report and dashboard requirements for project management information
• Will assist IT managers in creating and maintaining their project schedules for small projects
• Assists in the development and writing of PMO process and training documentation
• Assist with delivering training for the EPMO tool to all IT staff and others as needed
• Will have exposure to all levels of the organization - strong comms skills are very important
• Will be working with internal clients (business owners) to define project requirements, schedules and resource needs

Job Requirements:

• Construction or Manufacturing experience is a big plus
• Experience in a waterfall environment
• Looking for a doer not a delegator
• Candidate who is very motivated and hands on who wants to integrate with multiple team in order to complete initiatives
• Very motivated to learn and grow their IT and Project Management skills
• Advanced communication and the ability to communicate across multiple business units and clearly articulate requirements and business needs
• Attention to detail, ability to see the big picture
• Accountability for themselves and able to hold others accountable
• Role can sit remote
• Self-starter work environment, they are moving to more remote capabilities so this individual who has a go-getter mentality and wants to support high level enterprise initiatives
