Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Evaluate test outcomes, resolve issues as they arise, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for further analysis when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all laboratory activities, train new team members or students, and uphold high-quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire is required.
• Commitment to maintaining current certification throughout your employment is necessary.
