Role Mission The Product & Partner Relations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution, logistics, and organization of cooperative partner initiatives. Sitting within the Product Team, you will work in close daily collaboration with the Marketing & Partner Relations Manager to ensure all cooperative (Co-Op) projects are organized, documented, and successfully delivered to our internal sales team and external clients. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with a passion for luxury travel who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment. You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in spreadsheets, checklists, and flawless organization, meets deadlines consistently, and is eager to learn the inner workings of the luxury travel industry. Key Responsibilities Partner Engagement & Campaign Support Act as the primary point of contact for gathering deliverables, marketing materials, and promotional details from our hotel and luxury partners. Support the "pitch" process by formatting templates, organizing presentation slides, and gathering data for prospective partners. Ensure all cooperative assets and materials align with consortium guidelines (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature) and internal brand standards. Operations & Marketing Project Management Maintain and update internal project management tools (Asana, Canva, Paperform) to keep joint initiatives and workflows on track. Manage and update the "Co-Op Grid," ensuring all active promotions and commitments are documented and easily accessible to the internal team. Audit and validate incoming partner promotions to ensure they meet internal criteria before they are distributed to the sales team. Reporting & Data Integrity Help build comprehensive post-campaign reports for partners by collecting metrics, reach, and engagement data. Track and manage partner contracts, ensuring all digital files, agreements, and assets are meticulously archived and organized according to company guidelines. Monitor promotional performance data to assist the Manager in identifying insights for future planning. General Support & Activations Assist in the logistics and coordination of company events, webinars, and on-site partner activations. Collaborate daily with the sales team to ensure they have immediate access to the most up-to-date partner offers and high-quality assets to maximize sales. Ideal Candidate Early-career professional with a strong interest in luxury travel, business administration, or hospitality management. Obsessive attention to detail; you love keeping digital files organized and checking tasks off your list. Comfortable with structured workflows and finds satisfaction in execution and process follow-through. Tech-savvy and quick to learn operational tools (experience or familiarity with Asana, Canva, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel is a huge plus). Ability to work independently and proactively follow directions from leadership. Strong verbal and written communication skills. LatAm-based candidates are welcome to apply.
