As a General Labor Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by operating within production areas, loading and unloading materials, inspecting products for quality, and helping produce finished automotive components. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and overtime availability.

Load and unload materials and assemblies into production presses

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Produce formed and trimmed automotive carpet products

Follow safety and production procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support production goals and team objectives

Work overtime and weekends as needed

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

Ability to inspect products and identify quality concerns

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Stable employment history, ideally with 1 to 2 years at previous employers

Willingness to work overtime and a flexible schedule

Must be 18 years of age or older

Full-time position

Available shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Regular overtime opportunities

This is a permanent position based out of Port Huron, MI.

The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $37024.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
