Licensing Coordinator

1. Provide and assist with product information necessary for retailers and distributors setup. 2. Handle customer service queries by troubleshooting problems and responding to end user questions and claims. 3. Manage day-to-day activities with little to no managerial supervision. 4. Maintain weekly and monthly schedules, organize and prioritize tasks, and accomplish them in a timely manner. 5. Cooperate with other employees to achieve mutual goals and promote a productive, professional, and respectful work environment. 6. Perform other business-related duties as requested by supervisors to support company operations. 7. Assist in managing licensing accounts through product and packaging submissions, product proposals and approvals, royalty reporting, and forecasting. 8. Translate packaging, manuals, websites, and other materials from Japanese to English, ensuring accuracy and fluency through double-checking. 9. Review and edit packaging data for translation accuracy, guideline compliance, legal requirements, layout, and design accuracy. 10. Perform interpretation services as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
