Our multidisciplinary teams serve patients with congenital heart conditions, pediatric pulmonary disorders, and sleep-related concerns across a variety of specialty clinic locations. We are committed to delivering family-centered, developmentally appropriate care that supports the unique needs of each patient. Our collaborative care teams include pediatric cardiologists, pulmonologists, sleep medicine specialists, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and medical assistants. Together, we strive to improve health outcomes and quality of life for our patients through expert clinical care, education, and ongoing support. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high‑quality, patient-centered care through evidence‑based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes. Job Responsibilities The RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the ambulatory, outpatient, and medical group practice settings in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of the supervisor and manager. The RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory will assist in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner.
