• Knowledge of implementing and supporting IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform student needs and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, offering insights on student learning and social-emotional well-being
• Deliver counseling and intervention services individually and in groups
• Provide crisis management and behavioral consultation as needed
• Assist in developing positive behavior support plans and strategies
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
