Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing speech and language therapy services across K-12 grade levels. In this rewarding contract position, you’ll support a caseload of approximately 35 students, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and educational teams to help students reach their full potential. The schedule runs full time from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, offering you balance and consistency.

Key Requirements:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience delivering speech therapy services in school-based environments (all grade levels welcome)
• Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to inquire
• Comfortable working with a diverse caseload, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in or experience with virtual/teletherapy services is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver individualized and group therapy to K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to support student communication goals
• Maintain thorough documentation, including IEPs, progress notes, and compliance with all school policies
• Engage in multi-disciplinary meetings, offering insightful recommendations and strategies for student success
• Utilize a variety of therapy modalities, technology, and best practices to engage and motivate students
