Deal Desk Analyst - Mexico (Fully Remote)

- Key role in sales organization's growth and success.
- Work closely with sales and account management to handle renewals timely.
- Responsible for creating quotes and managing closed/won opportunities in CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals, deal structuring, quoting, pricing, and special terms.
- Track and execute renewals across the Americas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and legal.
What You Should Have:
- 3+ years of Deal Desk, Renewals, or Sales Operations experience in SaaS.
- Strong Salesforce and CPQ knowledge.
- Excellent financial modeling and communication skills.
