BUSINESS MANAGER CREDIT SOLUTIONS SENIORWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Credit Solutions Business Manager Senior is a strategic partner to the Head of Credit Solutions, driving portfolio risk management strategy, underwriting governance evolution, and transformation initiatives across the division. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented, self-starter who excels at translating complex credit and risk frameworks into clarity, managing competing priorities, and enabling cross-functional alignment. The Credit Solutions Business Manager Senior is a fast learner, capable of understanding and simplifying complex business concepts, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear recommendations and strategic materials tailored to various stakeholders. This role requires the ability to represent as a delegate to the Head of Credit Solutions in key meetings and ongoing routines, with emphasis on operating model design, process simplification, and colleague enablement.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Assist in the development and execution of division-level priorities, annual plans, and mid-year strategy reviews.Compile and distill inputs from data analysis, stakeholder interviews, project updates, and team feedback into a common point of view to inform decisionOrganize and facilitate leadership cadences, executive meetings, and strategy offsites — including content development, action tracking, and follow-through.Prepare board-level materials, executive presentations, and internal/external communications that clearly articulate strategy, performance, and decisions.Take complex, technical, or ambiguous content and translate it into simple, compelling messaging appropriate for various audiences — from front-line staff to board members.Create agendas, pre-read materials, and meeting summaries; document action items and ensure timely follow-up.Support financial and headcount planning, business reporting, corporate real estate space planning, and budget tracking in partnership with Finance and HR teams.Maintain accurate, organized repositories of operational documents, strategy decks, and leadership materials.Learn quickly and develop a working knowledge of complex business structures, products, and regulatory requirements within mortgage banking.Coordinate associate engagement events, volunteer programs, and team-building routines that connect in-person and remote colleagues.Oversees the Credit Solutions Operational Business FrameworkAble to lead the design and drive transformation initiatives that simplify processes, enhance system enablement, and reduce operational complexity.Ability to identify operational gaps and create action plans to resolvePartner with internal communications, HR, and other departments to reinforce team culture and deliver division-wide updates.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Required Qualifications*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent15+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, program/project management, or executive communications.Additional QualificationsBackground in financial services, credit underwriting and management, banking, or corporate strategy preferred.Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, stakeholder input, and qualitative insight into a unified narrative or recommendation.Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills; adept at communicating clearly with executive, technical, and frontline audiences.Strong organizational and time-management skills;Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently while staying aligned with leadership goals.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
