Job Full Description

We are actively looking for a high-energy Business Development Specialist to help grow our client base (in MUNCIE, ANDERSON, and surrounding areas) and contribute to our positive, rewarding work environment.

Pay and Benefits:

$45-55,000 base salary based on experience plus monthly commission plan.
Income potential is six figures with uncapped commission.

Business Development Representative Performance Objectives:

Maintain an extremely high-level of daily activity.
Prepare and execute a daily sales plan.

Maximize territory performance.
Learn, use, and maintain the automated tracking system to fill assignments and take thorough and complete job orders.
