Part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Moms Meals the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market is looking for upbeat people-first individuals to join our team as Part-time Bilingual Customer Service this role youll be one of the first friendly voices our customers connect with as they place meal orders. The starting wage is $18.00/hour.

Standard work hours are Monday-Friday 10:30am-2:30pm OR 1:30pm-5:30pm (20-29 hours/week).

This position requires 2 weeks of full-time onsite training Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm.

This is an onsite position at 3210 SE Corporate Woods Drive Ankeny IA 50021 and will start on Monday October 26th .

Offer of employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check where permitted by law.

Position Responsibilities may include but not limited to

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
• Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Document all conversations with client into client information database
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers via telephone email and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)
• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer multi-line phone system and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive motions that include the wrists hands and/or fingers
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
