Director Of Business Development – Skilled Nursing / Healthcare

We're looking for a Director Of Business Development who truly enjoys connecting with people and building meaningful relationships within the healthcare community.

This is more than a sales position. We want someone who understands that behind every referral is a person and a family looking for the right place for care. Someone who takes pride in representing their facility, developing strong partnerships, and helping connect people with the services they need.

Healthcare business development, admissions, sales, or referral development experience is required. Skilled nursing, post-acute, senior living, or hospital experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the face of our facility in the community—building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other referral partners.

You'll spend your time developing new relationships, staying connected with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth, attending community and healthcare events, and working closely with our Admissions and facility leadership teams.

Most importantly, we want someone who understands that the best relationships aren't built with one visit or one phone call—they're built by showing up, following through, and earning trust.

• Have experience in healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or sales
• Understand the skilled nursing/post-acute referral process
• Love meeting people and building genuine professional relationships
• Are comfortable getting out into the community and creating new connections
• Are motivated by both helping people and achieving results
• Are creative, persistent, and not afraid to open new doors
• Believe that follow-through and relationships matter

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000 annually, DOE
