About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Franchise Development and Growth to spearhead top-line revenue expansion and scale the organizational footprint across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic sales, territory resales, and franchisee acquisition initiatives. This executive role involves establishing department KPIs, mentoring a high-performing sales and marketing team, and building broker partnerships to position the company as a premier professional services franchisor. The Head of Franchise Development and Growth will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and managing the franchise sales and marketing team, overseeing the end-to-end franchise sales process, and formulating multi-unit expansion programs. Applicants must have a proven track record of at least 10 years in executive sales leadership within multi-unit franchised organizations, with a focus on scaling regional footprint and system revenue. Deep knowledge of franchise law, legal disclosure protocols, and multi-unit business models is essential to ensure full regulatory compliance. The role requires a candidate with strong financial acumen, business evaluation skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships at an executive level. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Certified Franchise Executive designation. The Head of Franchise Development and Growth will be expected to collaborate across hybrid office settings and provide strategic performance updates to the Franchise Division President.
