Senior Java IVR Developer

Joining a dynamic voice/contact center engineering team, the full-time Senior Java IVR Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based IVR applications while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to enhance voice contact center systems. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical requirements Integrate IVR solutions with key internal services and monitor systems for operational improvements Troubleshoot issues within the voice contact center and collaborate with project managers for timely solution delivery Required qualifications 7+ years of software development experience Proficiency in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS Experience working with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic
