Senior Product Manager, Lower Limb

To drive the strategy and commercial success of Fillauer's lower-limb prosthetic and orthotic product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Lower Limb will manage the full product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute go-to-market strategies while focusing on market requirements and customer insights. Key responsibilities Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to develop product investment recommendations and inform product development decisions Build and own go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Operations Design and lead Voice of Customer programs to gather insights that shape product requirements and commercial strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Consulting, or a similar function (6 years with an advanced degree) Experience in project or program management Global launch strategy and execution experience Familiarity with O&P, prosthetics, orthotics, or rehabilitation medicine preferred
