Senior Order Management Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Order Management Analyst will evaluate and process customer orders, apply structured thinking to complex deal scenarios, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in the quote-to-cash process. Key responsibilities Evaluate and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and downstream impact Analyze order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement Document and operationalize improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred) Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to move fast without breaking things
