In this contract position, you’ll be working Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week) providing essential speech and language services to a diverse K-6 or K-8 student caseload—the final assignment will be tailored according to your preferences and discussed during the interview. Whether you're already certified (CCC) or working toward your CFY, your dedication, compassion, and enthusiasm for student success will be valued.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Illinois state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
• School-based or pediatric experience is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their highest potential

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with school guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
