Sales Representative
Territory: MN, IA, ND, SD, IL, WI (would like candidate to reside in the Chicagoland area), 70% travel
Job Duties: Develops a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through analysis of current sales revenue, market share, competitive activity, and opportunity. Drive sales process by uncovering compelling customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, executing C-Arm demos and escalating as appropriate.
Call Points: Materials Management, C suite, Physicians, and department managers, OR, Cardiovascular, GI, Pulmonary, Pain, ASCs, OBLs, Biomedical Engineering
Base: $ 98-117k base, $95k variable commission paid out monthly (uncapped), OTE $195k+
Benefits: Medical/Dental, 401k match, company car, electronics provided
Criteria: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years hospital, capital sales experience, documented sales success, awards, and accolades. Go getter, hungry, polished, strategic thinker and clean driving history.
