Build your story with us and apply now!**Some things you can expect to do:*** Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, resolutions and other corporate filings.* Conduct comprehensive research on various legal issues, regulations, and case law. Analyze and summarize the findings to assist attorneys in making informed decisions and developing legal strategies.* Assist in drafting and maintaining corporate policies, monitor compliance deadlines, and help prepare necessary reports and filings for regulatory agencies.* Provide support for any litigation by gathering and organizing relevant documents, preparing deposition summaries, drafting legal pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation.* Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external attorneys, and other stakeholders, helping to facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure that relevant parties receive necessary legal information and updates.**To be successful in this role you must have:*** Bachelors’ degree and paralegal certificate.* Minimum of 8 years corporate paralegal experience.* Skilled in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)* Ability to create and work within a defined schedule.* Ability to multi-task.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**Compensation:**The rate is $46.00 - $56.00 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
