Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, long-term contract position (5-6+ months) with our client in Jacksonville, FL or Gainesville, FL. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. Please note that candidates may sit anywhere in Florida, but occasional travel may be required for remote employees.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Paralegal, along with 5+ years of relevant experience in the Corporate M&A space. Essential duties include:

Support legal team in connection with M&A transactions, including asset transfer, transition, and post-closing integration activities.

Coordinate legal due diligence processes, including collection, organization, review, and tracking of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational documents.

Assist with management of virtual data room maintenance, indexing, and document uploads.

Assist with preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents, including NDAs, asset purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, assignment and assumption agreements, and ancillary closing documents.

Track key transaction milestones, deliverables, and post-closing obligations to support timely completion of deal activities.For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word document format.
